Second phase of the reconstruction. Kahn revised the project radically — replacing brick with concrete masonry block, introducing slate pitched roofs, and reorganizing the massing around deeper courtyards. A rawer, heavier architecture driven by cost constraints.

Output
3D spatial model in 3ds Max from archival geometry. Complete CGI set — exteriors, courtyards, common rooms, material details — rendered through a hybrid pipeline of 3ds Max, Corona, and ComfyUI.
